Probably i agree echidnafan cause sprint is jumping and left is malissa using her gun and down is Neoxis singing take me to the car lolz and the one at right is umm a new character probably?

I personally see Shiva on the right. The sprite that the right one's in I saw all the time when watching SSWs with Shiva.

Sprint has a pretty distinct look, I'm sure it's him. (Maybe the soccer ball gave it away)

As for your Malisa theory, I think it's correct. I just compared the shadowed sprite on the left to Malisa's gun aiming sprite in SSW 15. Looks like a match.
