That was one Ginko.

He brought the Ginko of that timeline into the future.

I saw Episode 17 Ginko in future frozen and Ginko in past.
Let me explain again.
There are two timelines.
In one timeline, Ginko is frozen.
In the other timeline, Static travels back and brings the Ginko of that timeline into the first timeline.
Two Ginkos.
